This Property was an exclusive project, in which the apartment had to be completely renovated, staring with demolition a wall to bring in light and a more open space. For this project the interior designer choose the royal Italian style, the true Belle Époque look and feel. The walls was treated and painted with Italian craft man ship techniques, as well as ceilings and floors. Golden door handles, Murano Chandeliers, Specially made bathroom with Vetri Sul Mare Ceramics, as well as carefully chosen furniture in a great harmony with the color pallet selected for this property.

In spring 2018 this exclusive apartment located in Place Masséna will be ready for it's grand opening. Right in the very heart of Nice based in a listed property over looking the beautiful square all the way to the sea and Pomenade de Anglais. The property is being divided into he four luxury suite with their own individual bathrooms, specially designed kitchenettes made by an Italian craftsman. Soundproof windows are installed, as well as modern commodities yet she ceilings are high and decorated so this project will be decorated as a Palace with a Royal look. Art-Dero è un’impresa edile Italiana che si occupa di costruzioni e ristrutturazioni civili e industriali nel settore pubblico e privato.
L’azienda nasce in provincia di Napoli, per iniziativa del geometra Rita Colarusso ed Arturo Colarusso che si avvalgono dell’esperienza del padre, il quale per oltre 40 anni ha operato nel settore dell’edilizia e principalmente nell’ambito dell’intonacatura per interni ed esterni.
Il punto di forza dell’azienda è ancora oggi quello dell’unione tra due generazioni che hanno un approccio diverso ma complementare e riescono ad ottenere per le proprie costruzioni il giusto mix tra Tradizione e Innovazione.
I lavori vengono eseguiti a regola d’arte in tutte le fasi con la supervisione del fondatore, Arturo Colarusso, il quale grazie alla formazione dei propri dipendenti riesce ad avvalersi di un Team solido e qualficato che collabora sinergicamente con una rete di consulenti e partner accreditati.

Art-Dero is an Italian construction company that deals with civil and industrial buildings and renovations in the public and private sectors.
